Dr. PETER Isichei Ejiwe – Chairman
An accomplished Administrator and a scholar per-excellence, Dr. Peter Isichei Ejiwe is a leader everywhere he has been and currently the President of Issele-Azagba Development Association (IADA), Lagos.
Born on 1st March 1948, Dr. Ejiwe attended Yaba College of Technology from 1972 to 1978 where he obtained full Technology Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. Thereafter, he obtained Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Education (Mechanical) with Distinction and emerged best International Student from the University of Colorado, USA.
He had a distinguished career with the Federal Ministry of Education (Technology and Science Education) from 1974 to 2008, rising to the position of Assistant Director.
The scholarship in Dr. Ejiwe led him to enroll for Masters Degree programme of the University of Lagos in 1989 where he obtained the Master of Education in Educational Administration in 1990. Not satisfied with that, he enrolled for the Doctorate Degree programme of the University of Lagos in 1992 and obtained Ph.D. in Educational Planning and Administration in 1997. He was a Graduate Assistant Lecturer at UNILAG from 1995 to 1997 and a part time lecturer at Olabisi Onabanjo University from 2004 to 2005 and returned again to UNILAG as a Part time Lecturer from 2008 to 2012.

CHIZEA, Nnamdi Michael. FCA, MCIB – Managing Director/Chief
Aged 53, Nnamdi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Benin. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance as well as an MBA in Marketing both from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Microfinance Certified Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has 17 years commercial banking experience during which he worked at various departments: Information Management and System Department, Head of Operations with Citizens’ Bank and later Spring Bank Plc, as well as managed various branches of the bank as Branch Manager before Nnamdi resigned from Spring Bank Plc in 2008 at the invitation of his classmate at theUniversity of Benin who had just been granted a Microfinance Bank licence.
He then joined Satelite Microfinance Bank Ltd. as the Divisional Head, Operations and Treasury Management, a position he held until he resigned his employment with the MFB in May 2003 to pursue a career in Management Consulting.
ASHINZE, Emmanuel Okonkwo (Pastor/Barr.) – Director.
Aged 60, Barrister Ashinze hold a Bachelor of Law degree of the University of Lagos and was called to the bar in 1987. He started his career as an Assistant Clerical Officer with the College of Medicine, University of Lagos in 1972 and rose to the position of Higher Executive Officer before disengaging in 1989.
He worked as an Administrative Officer with the Council of Legal Education from 1989 to 1992 before joining the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) in October 1992 where he rose to the position of Senior Manager/Head of Legal Unit of the Lagos Office of the Corporation and retired in June 2006.
Retired but not tired, he took a Contract Employment with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in November 2006 and rose to the Head of the Rivers State Office of the Commission before the contract ended in July 2012. He again joined the legal firm of PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors as a Legal Consultant in Properties & Real Estates at their Asaba Office in March 2013 from where he just resigned in October 2014 to assume the Pastor of Deeper Christan Life Ministry, Issele-Azagba.
IDABOR, Michael – Director.
Aged 61, Mr. Idabor had a distinguished career with the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) from November 1978 when he joined to December 31, 2011 when he retired as Production Operations Superintendent.
He attended Asaba Technical College from 1972 to 1976 where he obtained WAEC Technical Certificate (Part 1) in 1975 and Federal Craft Certificate in 1976.
While at SPDC, he obtained at Credit level, Diploma in Public Administration of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1999 and Advanced Diploma in Public Administration with Distinction of the same Institution in the year 2000. He also obtained the Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Project Management Technology of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) in the year 2004.
While at SPDC, Mr. Idabor attended several courses both locally and internationally. He is now a Private Businessman based in Warri, Delta State.
ATALABI, Tejuoso (MNSE) – Director
Engr. Atalabi attended Federal Government College, Enugu and the University of Benin, Benin City where he obtained Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. Hons.) Degree in 1989, majoring in Civil Engineering. A member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), he is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Boldblock Construction Ltd, an indigenous construction company based in Lagos whose landmark fully completed construction projects traverse the length and breadth of Nigeria both in the private and public sectors.
That Boldblock Construction Ltd. has continued to wax stronger and stronger in the past eighteen years in the face of very stiff competition from both domestic and international civil construction giants tell tales about the tenacity, ingenuity, competence, managerial acumen etc of Engr. Atalabi.
ILLOH, Rose Nneamaka Mrs. – Director
Aged 55, Mrs Illoh attended University of Abuja from 2009 to 2014 and is currently awaiting the award of Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy and Religion. In 2006, she obtained the National Certificate in Education (NCE) (majoring in General Studies and Christian Religious Studies) of the National Teachers’ Institute Kaduna. She worked as a Cheff at Lagos Hilton hotel and as a dietician at Lawanson Health Centre having earlier obtained a Diploma in Catering, Hotel and Motel Administration of the Institute of Catering, Hotel and Motel Administration of Nigeria.
Following the movement of Nigeria’s capital from Lagos to Abuja, Mrs Illoh had to resign her teaching employment at Lagos State Primary School, Ojota to join her husband in Abuja where her passion in the provision of catering and hospitality services (in private capacity) has blossomed.
Mrs. Illoh is a well respected community (womenfolk) leader at Issele-Azagba and beyond. Her charm, eloquence and experience in handling women issues will be an asset to the board so dominated by men if approved as a non-executive director.
OJEI, AUGUSTINE ANONYAI M.Sc. Econs, ACA, CTI
A Chartered Accountant and Economist with multi-industry accounting and management consultancy work experience. Holds a Master of Science degree in Economics of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and has at various times since 1992, been involved in teaching at professional level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria and The Nigerian Institute of Investment Management and Research, amongst others.
As a financial analyst, he has facilitated in numerous conferences and seminars across the Nigerian nation, especially in various geographical regional capitals (Kaduna, Ibadan & Enugu), as well as in Lagos, Kano, Calabar, Zaria, Asaba, Minna, Port-Harcourt, Lokoja, Benin City, Jos, and also in Ghana and Benin Republic, as a resource person in Accounting, finance, management and economics.
Worked as finance manager with MC &A Advertising Ltd Lagos 1992 to 1997 and Solutions Communication Ltd, also in Lagos as Head Finance & Administration 1997 from 2010, before taking up a career as Financial/Training Consultant in 2001.
His consultancy has carried out, developed and designed several feasibility studies and business plan for valuable clients, with complementary taxation work. He did the mandatory NYSC with the Accounts department of Nigerian Bank of Commerce and Industry, Lagos. He had earlier worked as an Accounts/Credit Control Executive (1990-1992) with Afro-Media Ltd, Lagos. He is currently working for a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Accounting.
Mr Ojei is the Principal Consultant, Pioven Systems Consulting (a centre for forensic accounting & business ethics), and President of Lagos based Association of Professional Training Consultants of Nigeria.
OKOLIE, Peter Isioma. – HND, PGDE, MBA (Company Secretary)
Peter is a Management consultant of over ten years and a Junior Chamber International (JCI) Trainer. He holds a Masters Degree (MBA) in Banking and Finance from Imo State University Owerri, Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) of the National Teachers Institute, Kaduna and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Institute of Management and Technology, (IMT) Enugu. He is a strategic partner with Wider Perspectives Ltd. and a lead Consultant for Delta State Monitoring Programme on Urban Bus Transit Scheme.
Peter is a Prime Graduate of JCI in 2007, Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Leadership Academy Graduate in Ghana 2006. In 2010, he attended Corporate Social Responsibility Course in Osaka, Japan and grooming Enterprises Leader Program organized by Pan African University. A Project Management Consultant to Prime Safety International for the construction of Engineering Block in Delta State University, Oleh Campus.
Peter is a Paul Harris Fellow, a Past President of Rotary Club International, Past President of JCI, former Secretary General of Issele Azagba Development Union (IADU) and Supervisory Councilor for Youths, Sports and Culture, Aniocha North Local Government Coucil.
He is a council member of Delta State Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ASSACCIMA) and presently the CEO of Zulu Global Systems Ltd.
